Job Title: Instagram Content Creator & Manager

We're dedicated to creating engaging, inspiring and fun content for Instagram that expands our brand’s reach while also showcasing our brand values and products. We’re looking for a creative, results-driven Instagram Content Creator & Manager to join our team and help take our brand to new heights on social media.

Responsibilities:

Content Creation: Conceptualize, create, and edit visually compelling photos, videos, and graphics that align with our brand's aesthetic and messaging strategy.
Content Strategy: Develop and implement a content strategy that increases engagement, brand awareness, and follower growth.
Analytics: Regularly analyze performance data to understand the effectiveness of different content types and strategies, and adjust plans accordingly.
Community Engagement: Manage and grow our online community by engaging with followers, responding to comments, and collaborating with influencers and partners.
Content Calendar Management: Plan and maintain a content calendar to ensure a consistent and strategic posting schedule.
Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date with Instagram trends and features, and incorporate innovative content ideas to keep our brand relevant.
Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing team to align Instagram strategies with overall marketing objectives.

Requirements:

Proven experience as an Instagram Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role with a portfolio showcasing previous work. This can be a high-quality personal account.
Strong visual aesthetics with proficiency in photo and video editing tools.
Excellent copywriting skills for crafting engaging captions.
Familiarity with Instagram analytics and social media management tools.
Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies based on performance metrics.
Creative thinker with the ability to generate fresh ideas and concepts.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in social media content creation and management, specifically with Instagram.
